To me, some of the points that have been brought up in what Steve's put together are shareholder conversations.
And I think that we've talked about that, you know, when are our shareholders meetings, things like that.
Because I think that if you get that right at the top, then everything will flow down.
Where I think up to today, you've had amazing product conversations and you've been executing on product and you've been building the product up and then seeing, you know, where it goes and what you do with it and all of the opportunities that that brings.
But one of the biggest things, and I think this is because you've grown so quickly, it's like, just hold on a minute.
Let's just get through this next bit because you've added this entire layer to what you do and to the business and you've got a brand new employee.
So it's just like, let's just give ourselves a break and just execute.
Yeah.
And I felt like I came in and it was like we were sitting around and it was kind of like it was slightly, we hadn't quite done it this way before.
Normally, we always have coffee together and we slowly check in that way.
And we were in sort of more of a meeting type environment.
And it was like... And there were meaty topics too.
Yeah, yeah.
And it was like, and then someone said, well, what's your coaching point?
And I was like...
Jesus Christ, I don't even have a pulse of where you're at.
And it's like, what's your coaching moment?
And I was like, I'm not sure I signed up for this.
I'm not sure I signed up to coach without actually being allowed to coach.
So it was this huge reflection this morning that I was just like, I literally wrote down, sacked by your coach.
