Like, when I look at it now, I think that's kind of like the most natural next step is how do we get the team, you know, to a point that it's more systemised?
Because we've had a couple of team changes this year.
Like, how do you feel that's gone?
It's only been six months that we've actually had roles.
Well, also when you're building a team, I think that if you just spend all your time sweeping up after everyone else, you know, it's kind of like that boundaries thing.

And even, you know, in your situation, as you said, it's like, you know, you and Steve, so things get pulled in different directions because each of you have a slightly different focus.
Yeah.
Stacey, what are we thinking over here?
On that note, though, I was thinking the last 1v1 I had with Stephen, we talked about his 360.
Is it a 360 or is it a 180?
