I think that's literally what holds people back.

It is really interesting, though, that sort of niggle feeling.

I had the same thing when I was bringing up my son and we made a very conscious family effort that I would work very part time.

And I felt impatient.

I felt impatient knowing that work would get busier and I'd have a different life than I was actually living then.

Now I feel incredibly grateful that I did that.

But at the time, I felt restless, I think would be the word.

Do you often think, though, that like now, you know how you said everything's sped up in the last six months?

that it seems like you're like an overnight success.

Like, where did you come from?

You're everywhere.

Every time I open a bloody app, here they are again.

It's like, can I not get away from you?

You guys have quite a lot on your plate.

Yeah, yeah.

It's interesting though.

Let's go back to identity though.

So you sit here now and you look back on, you know, three years ago you were at the Herald and that's not necessarily, you know, you said that you had this thing inside of you that knew that, you know, there was something else, something slightly bigger or different.

How do you feel now?
