You've built the podcast on a whole lot of – I feel like we've just jumped around, but, like, we've had some conversations around this, and I think that – I think my job quite often is to just point out what you're missing.

And sometimes I do it nicely and keep repeating it, and now I'm just saying, actually, Steve, just do this.

We've tried to do this twice now, and it hasn't quite worked, but I think it needs to happen.

Where it's almost like you bring the team down here and have a meeting on literally the business.

You've got the team.

Marcus, Adam, Sha, you, Shay.

But actually have a team day where it's like, you know, remember how we were going to do this when we had the opening of the studio?

Everything keeps getting taken over.

Do you know what I mean?

Yeah.

But I actually, remember how we kept talking about, we just talked about it this morning.

It's like the product.

We need to treat it like a product and have a sort of a futuristic discussion on it so that we can just fine tune it, decide if we want to shift some of those things in the next couple of years or if we're just really happy doing it exactly the way it is.

It's been a team effort, hasn't it?

But also I think we want that space to go, where is podcasting going and how are we going to move and shift with that?

Yeah, I know, but we've been at this for... Okay.

Regardless, do you think it's beneficial to put the team together?

Because the team are never face-to-face.
