For me, a couple of the reflections on this year is like one of the key ones was almost for the first six months trying to convince you guys that sales was the most important lever of the business.
It is interesting when we come and have our own business that like when you build it up, you end up doing, you know, anything in the business.
You can sell, you can, you know, you can edit, you can record, you can do all of these things.
But you get to a point where while you can do anything, you can't do everything.
But if we get the right amount of sales, then we can also build the team as well, can't we?
Totally.
Yeah.
Sorry.
So tell me that again.
You think that 2026 is about deepening the relationship with those partners so that it's not just us.
And we've talked about this.
It's less about sales and it's more about relationship partnerships.
I think that that's one part of it.
And I think in doing that, then it's also that team element, isn't it?
Like, when I look at it now, I think that's kind of like the most natural next step is how do we get the team, you know, to a point that it's more systemised?
Because we've had a couple of team changes this year.
Like, how do you feel that's gone?
It's only been six months that we've actually had roles.
Well, also when you're building a team, I think that if you just spend all your time sweeping up after everyone else, you know, it's kind of like that boundaries thing.
It's like, yep, that's in your warehouse.
