It's by intentionally slowing down and telling yourself, okay, I feel the impulsiveness, but I'm not going to make a major decision right now. I can feel how full my perspective is that I can't even see clearly. I need to be able to just take a moment to breathe so that I can see more options than just the red.

And I think for a meditator, right, for me, like I normally use my breath. I'll like anchor myself back in my breath to bring me back to my body. I'll be able to feel myself again. And then that will help me not just get caught up in the narratives that are just building tension in the mind. But other people have other ways. You know, there's so many different methods out there.
