The other day I drank in the afternoon a strong coffee and I did have problems in the night and I didn't need to watch even for that.
But it's probably those things that are like low level.
I mean, we all live in a relatively normal life.
We don't drink 10 cups of coffee.
And so this doesn't show up really in our experiences if we don't have a tool to watch, right?
Oh, this is interesting.
Gamification and for me as an economist, the statistics is also itself interesting, but in general, try to improve your life and the people we all want, most of us want to improve our life.
So this is really helpful.
So like taking the question from the start, you really would advise to have some sort of tool to measure to get a better life.
