Like I met him survivor ceremony and met him.
And so now my MS service, I worked here before, um,
Uh, we had 12 people two years ago, get discharged and home with our family in 2025.
We had 10, 10 survivors.
I'm like, and we're a rural system.
So I'm like able to adopt what they were teaching.
We just got, we've modified work for my system, but have 12 people, 10 people walk home.
Like that's a big deal.
And we've spread that from the top down is like when our crews get dispatcher cardiac arrest and the dispatcher puts in the notes, it says CPR in progress, man, they get fired up.
Like they think they're going to get a Ross return on spontaneous circulation.
They're going to get a pulse back and they're fired up about it.
But then when they see dispatchers CPR, not progress, no one wants to do CPR.
Everyone's declining CPR.
Our crews get bummed because they know there's almost a 0% chance that people are going to get survived.
They're going to survive.
And like you said, like most cardiac rectal victims are not found by EMS.
