Which to me, that is the hard thing to build.
That's a challenge versus interviewing someone.

story when i really feel that listen i pay more than anybody i paid over a million dollars to guess i counted it up seriously like do you think you paid close to a million i hope not but seriously if you think about it uh i i don't think so i think you pay more and more consistently right exactly but if you if you were to include like everybody who's on the podcast on a weekly basis over the past six years i guess probably yeah
to employees in general or on camera talent in general.
But you are your business is more I'm going to get these big stars to do.
definitely yeah yeah yeah um my model's kind of always been to more like build the hosts from the ground up but it does tend to work similarly where at some point well actually i feel like the the problem was during covid in terms of everybody believing in the podcast dream and believing that they could be better off on their own
And now it feels like podcasting is a tougher business than it was in 2022 or 2023.

Like maybe eight hosts left all at once in 2023.
For a while, and now it's doing pretty bad, yeah.

i think none of them were really like a mics i think that they worked real good as second fiddle to me or whatever like somebody like t rel is like a funny b mic but then once he went and tried to be the a mic eventually they lost steam because there's a lot that i'm doing that people don't realize which is that i'm probably like more knowledgeable about
