One goal I'm not going to share yet because because, hey, like we got to see like that one's dependent on like a couple moving factors and we'll see.
Number one goal that I've been telling everyone very proudly with my chest out is the only thing I want to do this year is run a full marathon.
Because I'm the friend that does too much.
That is an awesome feat.
And there is something to honoring your body.
I mean, it's just like get with your Capricorn friend who might be doing too much.
This is this is the year that I'm like, hey, you know what?
And that's why I was like, let me get out on the track and see what like daddy can do.
And daddy was like, hey, you know, I would hope I would only build more endurance.
Maybe like shave off 30 seconds.
So it's a clean 12.
By the time it's the half, you're going to be running like a 10.
because you're also strength training and that's the other judge is like okay if i could do something differently i would probably strength train as well but like then it's like we'll see there it is again my whole life changes yeah but like arguably for the better no it would definitely be i mean it's also just for like a little era you only need like three months to like whip it into shape hell no
we did it for less than three months that's what i'm saying but i don't want to do it like that like do you remember what that fucking felt like like that was like insane that was insane that was doing too much well i would say it was only doing too much physically yes because we can do anything we're lucky to have healthy and able bodies of course on top of that though it was more the mental pressure of like the whole time we kept being like we only have two months that was doing too much yeah that was insane so if we had like and that's the thing so what i start now
