Well, I would have to, oh my God.
No, here's the thing.
Okay, you want my advice or not really?
I would say if you ran like two, three, couple times a week,
maybe faux, like every other week, just for vibrations, to keep your body just vibing.
In the place, yes.
We come to this place.
Because you would only start a training block when you're training for something.
And right now, the half we're planning on doing isn't until later in the year.
Therefore, if you start your training block early, you can't keep doing a training block.
Yeah, of course.
So it's like, I mean, maybe the biggest training block you could have is like,
maybe there's like a faux month plan, but it would probably be more like a three month plan.
And that's what I'm saying.
So I'm like, if you wanted to do every now and again, you toss in a to a tree just to like keep the vibes high, the vibes right, keep those muscles moving.
And just stop.
And stop because I'm being convinced and I don't like that.
