With that being said, my parents are not the most like hands on parents.
Like my dad was definitely more hands on than my mom.
And like I could definitely call him and be like, hey, dad, what do I do about X, Y, Z?
Because he's from the States.
My mom, she did not grow up in the States.
She's from the Philippines.
And like, yeah, she's lived in the States for like, you know, as long as I've been alive.
So like the past like twenty five years.
You know, she's been here for about just like 18 years, you know?

No, but like, you know, the past like 30 years with like my sister and I. And with that being said, you know, my dad was the lamppost that like, you know, just let us know what the tea was in terms of like the adulting in the States.
