And that is this court could use that as an opportunity to render a

a ruling on the possibility of the existence of an employer-employee relationship, which is something that I know we've kind of talked about with regards to NIL.

Because if that comes into play, and I'm sure Darian Mensah is going to allege that, right?

He's going to say in his defense that, okay, they're saying that this contract is about NIL only.

but they're suing to keep me to play football for them.

So this clearly creates an employee relationship that they say doesn't exist.

But if it does exist, then I have additional protections.

And then also, so do my teammates when it comes to NIL contracts.

And that'll open up a lot of doors for unionization and things like that.

But I think those are the four things.

I think, honestly, the one that's probably the most likely is

is option two.

The like, hey, you know what?

He don't want to play for us.

We don't want a quarterback that doesn't want to be here.

Yeah, he may have breached the contract, but let's arrive at that dumb number that we at least will be happy with.
