And that's not going to make for a lot of good shots and a lot of good makes.

So he's really improving in that area.

It's not that he wasn't a great defender already, but even those little details are getting better.

And again, we're going to need him on the floor for large stretches.

But between him and Malik Brown...

If those guys are on their P's and Q's when it comes to defense, this team is very, very difficult to score on.

Right.

Yeah.

I mean, again, I think it's the assist part.

Like you said, if he's not scoring, he's setting up his teammates.

And I think he works harder than 99 percent of guards in the country inside on defense and getting rebounds.

Like, I mean, the fact that he's this is not his first time pulling down six rebounds in a game.

It's not something that it's almost like not a stat that I look at and go, oh, wow, he had six rebounds because he routinely is in the lane and getting rebounds and also those long rebounds off of threes.

He's very good at sealing off his man and then going for the ball.

I just love how he plays, and like you said, he's the barometer of the team.

He knows what the team needs.

If they need him to score 10 points, he'll do it.

If they need him to dish out five assists, he'll do it.

And I think he works hard on the defensive end as well.

That was no exception yesterday.
