We're going to talk about the things to improve in this game.

When we talk about the defense, I want to start with this.

It's not necessarily the shooting percentage, which again, SMU shot very well when they did take shots.

We were turning the ball over quite a bit, but when they did get a shot, they were doing well at them.

I think the game encapsulates itself into the perplexing part that you mentioned in the second half when we got the lead.

it felt like we got complacent and lethargic and our defense just kind of let SMU make it a game.

I mean, we were at a point where we were up with 12 and all of a sudden it was like, Oh, we're only up four.

And it just, again, it felt like SMU was just not really doing anything terribly.

They're just like, Hey, I'm just going to shoot the ball and it's going to keep going in.

And again,

Duke is just going to be complacent and let us shoot these shots and we're going to hit 59 percent of them from two.

And we're just going to keep doing this until maybe they figure this out.

And it just felt like we knew we had the lead.
