There is a couple of guys up here to know.
So talk about those players and how they form into the rest of the Cavalier offense.
the difference in height between their tallest player and their shortest player is 14 inches.
The difference in the height between our biggest player and our shortest player is like six inches.
So it's interesting when we play teams that are smaller.
And, Jason, that leads me into the things to watch for this game.
The first one I have is stifle those guards because I think a lot of the offense โ
happens through them and i know the ritter is a guy who i honestly think that the ritter might have dame sarin him for a little bit you might see some switches off of them but when you look at a chance mallory when you look at a jacari white when you look at a dallin hall off the bench even a sam lewis malik thomas all those guys shorter than our guards um and and at least most of our guards and in the case of uh you know devon tillis or sam lewis
you put a slim on there or Nick committee and they're the same size.
And so I see us being able to try and limit their guards because that is going to really affect a lot of what they do on offense against Virginia.
I think the one thing that you always have to note, even I know we talked about how different the pack line defense under Tony Bennett was versus what Ryan Odom has brought to Virginia.
But again,
You have to take advantage of every single possession.
They're not a team that had a couple of games where they've had some high possession rates, but a lot of them are in the 60s.
And so you want to be able to take advantage of every single possession, figure out how to win one possession at a time.
Once you're able to do that, the one thing that has always been true about Virginia, and even this year in their three losses, was when they're behind, they kind of...
weirdly get out of their shape to try and catch up, and that is part of what you want to do.
You mentioned the offensive rebounding.
I think it just goes to the overarching theme of paint ownership.
We have been owning the paint lately.
