We want to win that battle.
This, in many respects, could be our biggest test here, not just from our big guys, but also, as you mentioned, going up against the best shot blockers in the country are guys that like to go to the hole,
Caleb Foster, Cameron Boozer, Isaiah Evans, when they like to go to the lane, they're going to meet these shot blockers.
And we have to figure out how to run through them, maybe get them into foul trouble if we have to.
But this is going to be a big, big test.
And if we're able to control the paint, I think it's going to go a long way towards winning this game.
And finally...
I think this is a game where โ and John Shires talked about it.
He's always said that while the personnel may not allow for it, he does want this team to go faster on offense.
He wants to get out in transition.
We talked about the locker room video from the other day against Michigan where they were saying, hey, Caden, we're looking for you, but you've got to make yourself available.
And then when you get the ball, go.
Dominic Sarr telling guys, get the ball up faster because โ
In transition, you have Cameron Brewster going up against the guard, and that's a mismatch we want.
This is a chance because UVA is not as good when you don't give them a chance to set their defense.
And that means if you can โ it doesn't have to be every possession.
You don't have to get the ball and just go, go, go.
You want to remain within control.
But if you can pick your chances to go, hey, this is a chance to not necessarily catch the napping, but if we get four guys ahead of the ball โ
We're going to get there before their defense is set, and we're going to have these mismatches and these advantages.
