Duke teams have an average of 3.25 GPA.
So, again, a few years ago when we were talking about it towards the end, towards the beginning of John Shire's era, there was like, hey, there were some guys that weren't taking care of business in the classroom.
And we called out the team on it because that's part of the deal, right?
I get NIL adds this other element to things, but...
they're still student athletes and students still comes first and really, really enjoy that.
They are also highlighting the fact that these guys are going to get done in the classroom as well.
It sets himself up for so many more things, even if they don't finish their college career or education with at Duke, it sets them up for so many different things.
And plus the brotherhood is going to set them up for life as well.
So really, really proud to see that these guys are kicking ass in the classroom.
I mean, look, there's no general studies at Duke, which a lot of schools have.
And when you you see the broadcast and they're like, oh, this guy's majoring in general studies is usually number one in that area.
We don't have that.
And these guys are performing well in some some great, great discipline.
So congratulations to the team.
And hopefully the spring semester is just as good, if not better than the fall semester.
We're going to leave it here, but really quickly, I just want to note that this week, obviously, Duke takes his first West Coast trip to the other Atlantic coast.
They're going to Cal and Stanford on the road.
As we preview that game a little bit later this week, just want to let people know this one stat as we leave here.
