Yeah, standing at the edge of a new chapter.
But if you think about it, women have been changing every day since the minute you open your eyes.
We live with change constantly, constantly.
You can't rely on anything as a woman other than change will come.
And we're better at it than we realise.
I think it's the confidence that goes in midlife.
And because of it being midlife, because of hormonal changes and things like that, we can find ourselves really vulnerable in our mindset, in our mental state because of the hormones and the way that they drop off, I think.
I mean, you think about raising your kids.
You loved the one-year-old.
You had to let go of that one-year-old.
You loved the two-year-old.
You had to grieve the loss of that two-year-old.
Then you had the three-year-old.
And then before you know it, they're looking down on you saying, bruh.
And you're like, you know, where's my baby?
But it's a joyful grief.
