And so we're surrounded by change constantly.
And we're better at it than we give ourselves credit for it.
Yes, I've always been obsessed with grief and loss.
which is not a popular thing to be growing up.
Again, it goes back to being neurodiverse, an overthinker, anxiety, anticipatory grief is the thing.
You know, even if you cannot enjoy the life that you're in right now because you're worrying, who is going to die?
We're all going to die.
And when someone does go, that then sends you into a tailspin of
And then there's the grief for the world and the sadness of it.
And so if you are oversensitive, if you have thin skin, it's hard to live that way.
Everyone's grief becomes your grief.
So I have always found it really helpful to write about that.
And it was joyful for me that people wanted to hear it.
And I could write more and then we could talk about it and we could be open and say, every single person on this planet will grieve, bar none.
And yet we talk about it the least.
We don't do that it takes a village to grieve a lost one.
You know, it's so damaging to be isolated in grief and dangerous.
