I think it's the confidence that goes in midlife.
And because of it being midlife, because of hormonal changes and things like that, we can find ourselves really vulnerable in our mindset, in our mental state because of the hormones and the way that they drop off, I think.
I mean, you think about raising your kids.
You loved the one-year-old.
You had to let go of that one-year-old.
You loved the two-year-old.
You had to grieve the loss of that two-year-old.
Then you had the three-year-old.
And then before you know it, they're looking down on you saying, bruh.
And you're like, you know, where's my baby?
But it's a joyful grief.
And so we're surrounded by change constantly.
And we're better at it than we give ourselves credit for it.
Yes, I've always been obsessed with grief and loss.
which is not a popular thing to be growing up.
Again, it goes back to being neurodiverse, an overthinker, anxiety, anticipatory grief is the thing.
