Yeah, still too low.
So considering what you're doing, your strength, your activity, the steps, it's still really low.
And so what your body is really, it's trying to hold on to body fat.
because the nutrients that you're taking are still barely meeting the demand.
And so your body's like, I'm not getting rid of this stored energy.
And what's cool, here's some good news, the fact that you're so strong at so low of calories with as much work that you're doing tells me that you actually have really good genetics.
You've got really good muscle.
If we feed you properly, you're going to build a metabolism that's going to surprise you.
But you got to move up and you probably got to get closer to 3,000 calories before we attempt to cut.
And I'm pretty confident if we do it right, you're not going to see a lot of weight gain on the scale.
You're just going to feel really strong and lots of energy is what it's probably going to look like.
How long did you work with your last coach?
Oh gosh.

Again, I'm going to give you some more encouraging news.
You have a really resilient body.
Like phenomenally so.
