I'll tell you what needs to happen.
You might not like it, but this is what is going to need to happen.
You're going to need to gain weight and your body fat percentage is going to need to go up.
It's going to go up.
It's really hard, if not almost impossible, to build muscle as a female in the teens of body fat percentage.
It just doesn't want to.
And you're going to need to gain weight.
At 5'9", with strength and muscle and the look that you want, which would make you uncomfortable if you weighed yourself, will probably be closer to 150 pounds.
Just so you know.
