John Bolton is expected to plead guilty in a case involving his alleged mishandling of classified materials.

Bolton was National Security Advisor during President Trump's first term.

Bolton is planning to plead guilty to one count of retention of national defense information, and he's agreed to pay a fine of $2.25 million.

Now, under the agreement, Bolton could face anywhere from no time behind bars to five years in prison.

His sentence will be determined by the court.

This plea deal comes after Bolton was charged by prosecutors in Maryland with allegedly keeping diary entries during the first Trump term.

The hearing is scheduled for June 26th.

A lawsuit from a former IBM cybersecurity official alleges IBM and AT&T concealed breaches of their company's computer systems by foreign hackers in violation of the law.

Now, this complaint claims the companies also made false assurances about the security of their systems in order to win and keep federal contracts.

The suit alleges foreign and unidentified hackers repeatedly infiltrated IBM's cloud computing infrastructure

It is widely used by the U.S.

government, including the military.

The suit also claims IBM and AT&T sometimes could not determine who got in or what was taken.

Federal Housing Finance Agency Director Bill Pulte was named Acting Director of National Intelligence.

However, President Trump says the appointment will be temporary.
