If you see something and you don't understand it, go to your local pharmacist, go to your doctor and say, hey, I saw this on TV.
I know you're the drug expert.
I know you have your, you know, whatever.
And tell me what is really the actual, what's facts, right?
Instead of just believing it, just kind of, it's a gateway to say, have that conversation where we're educating and really allowing the public to get the ins and outs of healthcare.
To advocate for yourself.
Really, if you don't know something, don't be afraid to ask the question.
Don't just, if a doctor prescribes you something, don't just go with it.
Ask them that question or ask the pharmacist that question.
But really advocate for yourself.
