He was saying that he'll spend 40 to 50 hours a week for like three or four weeks of the year sending cold emails, just cold emails. And so it feels awful to do that.

So the first thing you have to understand is that the brain does not weight positive and negative experiences one to one. Okay. Our brain is designed to weigh negative experiences way more heavily than positive experiences.
