But if you train your physiology in the right way, you can do it safely. So it's really interesting. But in the brain, what starts to happen is we start to build compensatory mechanisms so we don't get damaged by it. So the first is that I think there are a lot of things that we can do to heal mentally and support our mental health that are not talk therapy. So somewhere along the way, we started focusing on talk therapy as the only option.

And I think especially when I work with men, one of the biggest assumptions that we have is that talk therapy is the way.
