So olive oil is a really good source of unsaturated fat.
So it'll help your helpful HDLs.

Now, I said extra virgin olive oil because extra virgin means it's been cold pressed and nothing else has been done to it.
So the olive oils have just been pressed and the oils come out.
And so when they refer to extra virgin, it just means it's been just not being processed in any way.
No shenanigans.
Shenanigans free.
The problem now with olive oil is it's so expensive.
Like, what is going on?
I know.
It's so expensive.
So what I would say, yes, definitely get extra virgin olive oil if you can afford it.
But use it sparingly because it is expensive.
Use it in your salads rather than for cooking.
You know, I'm not really against it.
I don't know a massive amount about it, I'll be honest with you.
But I could easily put a tablespoon of olive oil in a salad of mine and eat it like that and it would be good for me.
So it's a good oil.
It's full of those beautiful unsaturated fat.
