And how important is your immune system to almost like every part of your body?
Because it's constantly clearing up dead cells.
It's not just infections.
It's doing so much more.
It's doing repair around your body as well.
So it is vital.
A healthy gut is vital.
A lot of that will go back to their gut microbes again.
So particularly with fermented food or plants, the gut microbiome break them down slowly and that breakdown releases gas.
So there'll be certain food that you're more sensitive to or your gut microbiome is more sensitive to and produces more gas.

Very much so, but you've got microbes, love them.
But the other thing is you could have become sensitive or intolerant to things that you were particularly fine with in the past.
Your digestion.
So a food intolerance is where there's a problem with the digestion of that particular food.
It's not an allergy.
There's no immune system involved here.
You're missing something or something isn't working as well to break that thing down.
