And I don't know how true it was.

I don't think that's the right approach at all.
I think you need all three for good health.
Yeah, it certainly can make you feel worse when you first start because your muscles might not be used to it.
So you might get some post-exercise pain in your muscles and joints and that kind of thing.
Most people take between four and 12 weeks to see any real results when it comes to regular exercise.
And so don't give up.
Remember, a lot of stuff will be going on on the inside that you can't see.
And that is really, really important.
That's the most important for me as a doctor.
But you will eventually see changes happening on the outside as well.
But just give it time and keep that holy trinity, as we say, keep those three things going.
If you go to the gym or if you exercise regularly and you get a little bit of each one of those three in on each occasion, honestly, you will see the difference fairly soon.
I always say something is better than nothing.
And doing something you enjoy regularly means you're likely to keep it up, right?
You just do it.
