I eat so much oatmeal.
But that's not to say that some people feel better.
If they don't eat oatmeal, I kind of find the nutrition debates to be kind of like funny.
They're so non-scientific, they're funny.
But I also know that, and here I have a theory, that when you eat most of your foods from unprocessed or minimally processed sources, something magical happens.
