Recovery can be a night out with friends. Recovery can be, I need alone time. Recovery, tons of ways, but what is the thing that gives you energy back is what we're trying to go after.

Now we get to quarter two and you want to adjust that. You want more results. You want to lose more fat, fill in the blank for the adaptation. I go, great. Where are we going to pull it from?
