And I can't tell you, Mel, like, well, what if you hadn't been a psychologist?
Like, could you feel that way about becoming a, you said you love food.
I love food too.
Like maybe I could have been maybe a chef, you know, like that's another road not taken.
Maybe, maybe I could have been a pediatrician.
I love children.
But I feel like I have a calling.
I feel like this is, you know, my way of making the world a better place.
You know, when I talk to leaders, and though I am not very good at finance and other things that they teach at the Wharton School of Business, I mean, I am a very passionate student of leadership, and I love studying world-class leaders the way I love studying world-class athletes.
And when you ask a world-class leader, how often does a typical person, even a very high-ranking executive in your organization, need to be reminded of the big picture, right?
Like, reminded of the greater purpose of the work.
You know, when you ask that question, you might think annually because that's how often they have annual meetings, like, you know, like the retreats.
Or maybe you think quarterly because that's often how, you know, frequently a CEO has a town hall or something.
Daily.
Sometimes these CEOs are saying, like, hourly, minutely.
Like, just it's very easy to lose a sense of the big picture.
And I think if you ask the question, who benefits if I do my job well?
Hmm.
You naturally get the answer.
