You know, physically, that's just not possible, but there are definitely things to do. And so what I would start with is the younger age group. Let's say you're in your 30s, you're in your 40s. Overall, the neck skin is still nice and tight. You don't have that turkey neck. What can you do to help prevent that from happening? Well, it's going to be looking at the reason why our skin ages.

And five things is what I typically focus on is nutrient depletion. collagen degradation, oxidation or free radicals, chronic inflammation, and a buildup of cellular waste. And so one of the things you can do, and we talked about this on the last podcast, is eating a diet that is going to basically counteract those signs of aging.

I do think it's multifactorial. You know, I think that one big part of it is the standard American diet that so many Americans are eating. And so it's a diet that is pro-inflammatory. It's a diet that is sterile. It doesn't contain any types of probiotics. It has very little fiber. So you have very little prebiotics in the diet.
