But lifestyle plays a huge factor, the amount of stress that you have, you know, are you in a community where you have a lot of close relationships? Are you stressed out all the time? You know, are you eating a lot of ultra processed foods. So tech neck is real. You know, that whole idea that our parents told us when we were growing up, that if you make that face all the time, it's going to stay that way. There is truth to that. Now, tech neck is something that's going to be more recent with kind of the recent, you know, the advent with the smartphones and it's always looking down at the phones all day. That's part of it.

But, you know, I think an even more common cause of wrinkles that are due to activity are going to be sleep lines. And so if you sleep, let's say, on your face in the middle of the night, if you sleep on your side and you're really scrunching your face with your pillow and you wake up and you've got these vertical creases on your face, those are very similar.
