zoning out watching tv before you're trying to go to sleep and then fall asleep 10 minutes later and you wake up an hour later and you're all disrupted and i think the biggest thing that i try to tell people though is there's this i like to use this example of missing the bus to sleepy town which is very childish but it works for people and it's just saying like you know there's there's a bus that's going to take you right to sleep it's the first bus is great like it's going to take you right to your destination you're going to get there feeling refreshed and all good to go the next day if you miss that bus like you know you're getting tired at 8 30 9 o'clock you're like oh i'll just push through and
