And so as you start fixing some of these issues, we always recommend they go back to wherever the doctor is and have them reevaluate it and adjust it and change them down because we don't want to start creating more problems.

If it is a deficiency or if it is something like their gut health because of how involved your gut is in detoxing estrogen and metabolizing it. And that's a very, again, that's why they see a huge effect with the diet we put them on because it's very focused on their microbiome and getting beneficial bacteria and eliminating processed foods and high inflammatory foods and also getting their macros corrected to where they're getting sufficient fat and protein.
