And again, that's not going to solve every single problem. But I think you have to start there, right? Yeah, and I think a lot of people get so discouraged and hopeless with their effort. And I always tell people, it's like, if you can get that set up first, it's like a good financial investment. Like you can make money while you're sleeping.

If you get these things in alignment, your body can move away from just being like, I think people focus on doing a lot of healthy things, but they don't focus on healing. And there's a big difference. Healing is very active and very intentional and very specific.

And it's figuring out what your problem is with a qualified practitioner to then identify what your healing protocol looks like. If you broke your wrist, you wear a cast, you don't just take it off on the weekends. You keep it on, you heal it for eight weeks, and then you get back to rehabbing. And that's the process. with our hormones and with our health, we don't view it that way.

So the biblically rooted thing is probably the most important aspect of this whole thing from my practice's perspective in my life. But I think there's two simple ways to think about it. There's a conversation that we are ignorant to things we don't know. God says in Hosea 4, verse 6, I think that my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. That's a problem.
