And literally, that's something that, you know, if you can't have

Then, and you're sitting down most of the time, every hour you should just get up and, and walk around for a minute because they're finding that not only is, is sedentary and sitting too much really bad for you, but it's in a number of different ways.
And certainly, you know, you're sitting, you know, arthritis in your neck and shoulders because you're, you know, sitting in,
And so even, you know, while you're doing that to do some, you know, kind of, you know, yoga stretches or whatever you want to call it just to limber up, but getting up every hour.
that you're awake during the day.
You don't have to do this at night.
But during the day, every hour, you should just get up and walk around for a minute because they're, they're finding that the sedentary lifestyle and sitting for too much is like I say, worse than you're the equivalent of like smoking a pack of cigarettes every day.
Yeah, no, I just want to, in some ways, take kind of sort of toss off my medical hat because I'm a personal.
And I like the Apple Watch because I have atrial fibrillation and
at times, and it's nice to know what's going on.
But I think that where these apps, I think overall that they're good.
But it's just a tool, and it could be helpful in terms of motivation.
