So that's number three.
And then number four is this idea of having a social community, having interactions, relationships with people.
I think we talked about one time on the Blue Zones.
You know, with looking at the five different communities, Dan Kutner, is that the correct?
You know, looked at five communities around the world where like the number of people who live, you know, talk about longevity, right?
The number of centenarians, people who live over a hundred.
They also on the nutrition side add nuts, like, you know, the importance of, you know, like cashews and Brazil nuts and, you know, nuts and seeds are really, really important.
But this idea of having social relationships and social connections.
And again, we've we've had shows, podcasts talking about the effect of isolation on mental health.
And so the social piece is very important.
And it also supports other things.
What do I mean by that?
You know, I have a group of people that we've been we started off running.
OK, but, you know, if I was going to have to get up and go by myself.
You know, that's tough.
OK, but you have a dog, one, two or three or four of my friends standing outside my door waiting for me.
