And a lot of these things that you're worrying about do tend to diminish.
Again, David, you see this much more often in your day-to-day work, but that's sort of one person's take on it from my view of the balcony as it were.
So building on this idea of the importance of social connection, one of the things I've always been curious about is,
Meditation oftentimes, you know, people do it by themselves.
And I'm just wondering if you do some meditation practices in community, does that change the impact of it?
In other words, is that an amplifying effect or is it more leveraged?
when you're able to do that in community with others.
I just know like, you know, singing with other people and you close it and like, I started getting goosebumps.
You know, I mean, you could really feel differences.
So I'm just wondering if there's been research or if you have some ideas on, are there differences between doing this
by yourself, which is gonna be still very helpful or doing it with a group of people?
Well, this is fabulous.
You know, it's, I really like understanding the, how, when you shift a perspective and,
that it automatically changes things.
So things, again, from a medical perspective, like in hospice, it was always what's your pain level so that we can get it better.
This was eye-opening to think of asking what's your comfort level.
That is like a game changer just by asking that kind of thing.
