And when you're in ketosis, you're eliminating ketones through the breath and the urine.
And every ketone that a person's breathing out or urinating out has a caloric value roughly similar to glucose.
So you're just excreting calories from the body.
So the net effect of all of that can be up to 800 or so calories a day that the person's just wasting.
Oh, yeah, there is.
In fact, the big a big nuance is the calories.
And this is where I need to be careful, because the the degree of studies that have looked at these interventions that you're alluding to, and I'll touch on more now in low calorie or hyper calorie, it's not been fully fleshed out.
But I would think it's safe to say.
If there is a caloric deficit, then it becomes less relevant, which of the balance of saturated fats to refined carbs.
Now, then someone would say, well, then let's just always live in a caloric deficit.
Yeah, good luck with that.
I mean, if it were if it were that easy, then people would just shrug their shoulders and say, OK, I'm just going to be on a low calorie diet for the rest of my life.
So.
You have more wiggle room for insulin resistance.
I think you do.
Yeah, yeah.
I'm comfortable saying that.
And then again, I just have to counter that by saying that's not really feasible long term.
People get hungry.
We're healthy.
