I think that's where I start worrying about like, you know, those myopathic impairments.

That's where EV starts getting a little bit of concern.

I mean, it's not horrible, but I mean, it's one of those situations where those are the patients I think that

EV, you know, on renal function is not a big issue.

I know we have less than 30, but the hepatic impairment, I think if you look at some of the early data.

Would you dose reduce those guys in the curative setting?

I mean, I think that, I mean, these are unknown questions, but that's, to me, those are the patients, EVP for all, I don't know, the cirrhotic patients, those are the ones I worry about more.

Yeah, very near a population.

But that's the one group of patients I start.

You know, we talk about renal function all the time.

It's cis-eligible.

I think the liver is probably the one area you want to think about.

I think like predominant there in histology for sure, right?

I mean, you look at the, you look at some of the initial data from the cyst and elbow patients from like the cohort presented by Jonathan Rosenberg a couple years ago.

I mean, you know, five year survival, five year DFS over 40%.
