But yeah, there's so much we can do.
We have a whole list of non-hormonal options.
We've really good access to counselling.
There's lots of other extra.
We look at their health in a much more, in a broader sense, I think.
Cardiovascular health, bone health, etc.
Other screening, all of that.
Yeah.
you know, it's hard, but they shouldn't be left out.
There's loads that we can do.
Yeah, there's a kind of growing interest in seeing menopause and that kind of hormone shift that happens as a kind of pivotal point for health and actually a knock on impact on this metabolic implications.
So like literally how your metabolic system works.
So that's things like insulin and lipids, which is cholesterol and all of that.
And it seems to have an impact on blood vessels, which I think is the most interesting thing health wise.
