I find the constant, like almost guilt of I'm not exercising enough.
I'm not eating as well as I should.
I shouldn't have had the couple of glasses of wine over the weekend.
I have that awful guilt after I've had a couple of glasses of wine.
Yeah.
Why are you beating yourself up about it the next day?
Yeah.
And so I try to have that conversation with myself that at the end of the day, there's value in the evening that I was like, I'm not going for a run.
Actually, I'm too tired.
I am going to put my feet up and do something else.
There's value in the couple of glasses of wine.
Like there's no safe amount of alcohol, et cetera, et cetera.
Did I really enjoy the night out and I enjoyed the glass of wine?
Well, I did.
That's valuable.
Maybe not medically, but it's valuable in another way.
So you do have to live and think the space in BlackRock Health and the Women's Health Centre has been really enjoyable for me.
I'm really focused on the clinical stuff, which is really nice.
And it's an opportunity, I suppose, because it's so integrated.
to take a broader 360 view of women and not just be focused on just HRT and to give them space to, I suppose we see it as setting you up for like the rest of your life.
