And I think, you know, there's a lot of really good resources that are out there.
But I think because a lot of menopause, a lot of women's health actually in general lives in the gray.
We don't, we either have a lack of data or we're individuals.
So there isn't like an absolute right or wrong.
I think you get lots of different information from different sources and you get lots of like anecdotal.
My mom says I should do this, but my sister found this to be beneficial and so on.
I find that with fertility stuff as well, that like you're just, you're bombarded with do's and don'ts and, you know, something that worked for your neighbour, but it's not going to work for you.
I know.
It's really stressful.
Yeah.
In itself.
It's actually really, I see loads of women who come in to say, look, I'm not symptomatic.
I feel fine.
My period stopped a couple of years ago.
I feel fine.
What should I do?
Because everyone is telling me to go on HRT.
And then I'll meet other women who are told I'm told not to go on HRT.
Oh my God, breast cancer.
I can't go on HRT, but I'm really symptomatic.
