No one has treated them for protein deficiency, short of caloric deficiency or other things that are going on. And it's not an isolated protein deficiency because they're vegetarians or vegans. And so... Our definition included environmental impact and the other nutrients that come with meat that don't come with plants.

My contention here is, so two of my favorite sayings are instead of what and with what. And so the instead of what, we did a study of Beyond Meat versus Red Meat. A bunch of people said, I can't believe you're saying Beyond Meat is healthy. Don't you want them to eat the beans and the lentils and the other things? I said, I sure as hell do.
