So another common heavy metal danger is lead, lead toxicity.
As a kid, I was always told don't eat yellow snow because the dog peed on it.
Yeah, and there's some old toys and some old sort of household things that were painted with paint that contains lead.
So if your dog chews on that, if your dog swallows, this is actually pretty common.
It's usually dogs.
If the dog swallows certain fishing lures, these sinkers are lead.
And it basically, it's a neurotoxin causing a lot of lethargy, muscle weakness.
The heart slows down.
They don't eat.
They can't sort of pass things.
It's very, very dangerous.
Last but not least, copper.
So, I mean, pennies.
Pennies are bad doubly.
Now, copper generally, if an animal has copper toxicity, there are certain marine paints, like for boats and that, that contain copper.
But then also certain diets, unfortunately, are elevated in copper because they just, certain food companies don't check.
