Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Great, great.
Yeah, it's an interesting one because people come to therapy for very different reasons.
And I suppose there's circumstances where people might come to me and it's after one session I'm kind of saying, you don't need to be here.
You know, this is fairly normal.
This is not anything that requires any intervention.
maybe a bit of advice and change this and this and see how that goes and never see them again.
Some people, you're going, how were you not in therapy before?
You know, how has it taken this long for you to get here?
And some people, I guess, come with a symptom that they want to get rid of.
You know, I'm doing this and I really want to stop doing that.
And for some people, it's, I don't know what's wrong, but I just don't feel right.
And somebody told me I should come and speak to you.
Nearly been already having that conversation.
Yeah.
And I would say in 80% of the cases, it's a spouse or a partner or a dad or a mom.
And you mentioned that, obviously, I work a lot with young people and teenagers.
Probably in recent years, that's probably more young adult, actually, when I look at my caseload.
And oftentimes, they're coming...
very much off their own bat, you know, but it has been suggested that maybe I need to come and talk to someone.
