Yeah, no, and again, you know, I remember when I was studying this, I was wondering why all the psychoanalysis were in the leafy suburbs of South Dublin, not in, you know, in other parts or more disadvantaged areas.
And it's just like access to therapeutic support should not be difficult.
Like it should be a kind of a first line thing.
And we've talked about that before around services and things like that.
Because I think it has the potential to
to be life-changing from the point of view.
Like, and, you know, I've seen it, you know, I've seen it work to that extent and I've heard people come to me and said that.
But you're right about the fit.
Like, the fit is so important.
And that's why a bad experience of therapy is so damaging.
I've had loads of people say, therapy's not for me.
I went to see this fellow once and he didn't like him and that's for other people, not for me.
And you cut off a whole potential support system for your life on the basis of that one thing.
And it is about fit.
And people will argue the toss about CBT and DBT and psych analysis and all these different... It is much, much more about the personality fit with that person that works.
The relationship is the vehicle for change.
How much you trust that person, how much...
