Well, right.
You're farming out the exercise.
And we should be concerned.
Yeah.
I mean, it's here.
And if you use it responsibly, it can be a helpful tool.
But it's going to cause a lot of pain, I believe, and a lot less activity in the brain.
And what's the thing that protects us against dementia?
It's work, brain work.
The more I'm learning new things, the more I'm pushing my brain, well, the healthier it's going to be.
It's in many ways like a muscle.
And so I'm really good at reading brain scans.
If I just kept doing that, I'm not learning new things.
But if I figure out new and exciting ways to read the scans, well, that's good for me.
Or I learn a sport or I learn a language.
So I wrote another book called The End of Mental Illness.
And in it, I imagined if I was an evil ruler,
and I wanted to create mental illness, what would I do?
What would you do?
All of those things you just mentioned.
