Things are regulated.
And the information is accurate.
So when you go to a store, I'm not going to mention any stores.
Whatever it may be, and you see like a $2 supplement, there's a reason probably why that's there.
There's no way that could be processed with the cost it takes for good manufacturing practices in the US to do that.

But they're actually sourcing their actual ingredients from other countries.
And, you know, so just make sure that companies are working with manufacturer.
They're not just in the U.S., but manufacturer, their nutraceuticals in the U.S.
That's the easiest guideline.
Or if you're in Europe, a European country or something like that.
But when it doesn't say and things are really cheap and you can't get a clear idea where they're actually manufactured, not where they're bottled.
And if you don't see the word bottle, if you don't see the word manufactured on there, it's a red flag.
